We are 2 guys with over 30 years combined experience on the roof looking for side jobs/repairs! Able to get any job done promptly, with quality workmanship and no bs. DUTIES ARE AS FOLLOWS, • remove existing shingles • asses the deck and repair any plywood if needed • apply ice and water sheild to eaves and felt paper to the remainder of exposed roof • install timberline HD lifetime shingles • assure the roof has proper venting • remove and install step, wall and valley flashing where needed • clean all gutters • lay out tarps to catch any falling debris • remove any and all debris from around the house • run a magnet to pick up any loose nails on the ground • return anything we had to move during the job to its original position (bbqs, tables, chairs ect.)
