As spring has finally arrived and the rain begining to fall, now is a good time to have your roof reshingled!! I have over 13 years experience on the roof, and looking to do new construction, re-roofs and repairs! I have my own tools and am able to get any job done promptly, with quality workmanship and no bs. I rip roofs and not pockets. DUTIES ARE AS FOLLOWS: • remove and install shingles • asses the deck and repair any plywood if needed • apply ice and water sheild to eaves and felt paper to the remainder of exposed roof • install your choice of colour and brand of shingles • assure the roof has proper venting • remove and install step, wall and valley flashing where needed • clean all gutters • lay out tarps to catch any falling debris • remove any and all debris from around the house • return anything we had to move during the job to its original position (bbqs, tables, chairs, etc) Competitive prices and references are available.
