This individual must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and possess knowledge of roofing and general construction theories. The qualified individual must be well organized, self-motivated and take pride in their work. The ideal candidate should possess an optimal amount of the following skill sets: Broad knowledge of different roofing systems Sales knowledge Proposal development Review of field reports and billing Materials ordering Job forecasting Weekly status review of all open and pending work orders Ability to provide quality assurance & quality control both in the field and in reports/ billings Basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft software Superior writing and communication skills.
