I will this brief: I had started my roofing business in 1997. I learned the business by installing roofs myself. I have learned many types of roofing systems, learned how to install and then learn to teach the systems to my crew. I had always thought learn the system first before being able to offer to customers. The crew of guys i have has been with me for 13 years.
