Got a project in the making that requires an adequate flat roof system? Let us bid the job.
We use Genflex full adhesion 60 mil rubber which carries a 15 year manufacturers gaurantee. Our roof system is installed over 1 1/2 inch ISO insulation board which is mechanically fastened to either the metal/wood deck.
We do not install over existing roof materials, if your roof is outdated then plan on having the existing roof stripped down to the base decking. If the existing roof is ballasted with aggregate, we can power brush the aggregate and install new Genflex rubber with perimeter bonding and reuse the aggregate.
