Roofer in Tucson, Arizona

Good afternoon, My name is Pablo Martinez I came down from Tucson, AZ following a Craigslist ad in my state from Pesi, Inc I am in Minnieapolis now and due to pay discrepancies I am seeking other options. I have almost 4 years of experience in all aspects of roofing. I have just the tools I could carry in my bag so at this point just my Coil Gun. I do not mind working 7 days a week and I am a very hard worker I just believe if we agree on a pay come pay day that agreed upon pay should not reduce when your performance hasnt reduced. I do not drink, do not go out. I have a family in Tucson a wife and 3 kids that all I do is work and send the money back to them. Our plans were to relocate to here but due to pay discrepancies I do not think that is in my future at this point. Thank you for any consideration given I greatly appreciate it.
