What separates us from all the others? • We are locally owned and operated. • We inspect all of our jobs. • We will inspect the material for accuracy and will be on the job site numerous times during the day. • Our crews have their own trailers and generally move it at the end of the day. • All trash, nail, etc., are cleaned up daily. • We tear-off all layers of shingles and felt down to the wood deck. • We inspect the decking the replace everything on the roof with new material; shingles, felt, vents, plumbing boots, flashing, etc. • We color match all the roof accessories to the shingle color. • We DO NOT ask for money upfront. • We will ask for the first payment upon completion of the roof. • We will invoice your insurance company for you to get any remaining funds. • We are generally only 7-10 days from starting your job once we have a signed contract. • When doing siding, we will remove the old siding and the insulation then replace with new. • We will clean up daily.
