He will take your money(upfront labor or material deposit ) and you never see him again. I gave him $1,500 for labor deposit and material purchase for CACH units. He said he will start work the next day. I called him the next day and asked when will he start. "he said he was there with his laborer Rico and working then" I was there and Rico but Willy lied about being there .I called 4 days in a row he said he was coming to work soon. The 5th day he stopped answering my phone calls or texts completely. Never saw him again after he took my money. I have filed criminal charges against him with Austin PD and there are 4 other places I will file against him to make sure he never lies and cheats anybody else. DON'T DO BUSINESS with WILLIAM DILLARD, WILDWOOD CUSTOM CABINETS or Austin Texas Home Improvements
