Storm Damage: The event, the hail storm, the wind storm, the damage that was done to your property in which you are seeking repair. 1. Inspection One of our qualified project managers will come out and inspect your damage. They will record all of their findings and present them to you. 2. Adjuster Meeting We will come back out to meet with your insurance adjuster and work on getting all repairs approved for insurance claim. 3. ACV- Actual Cash Value This is when the customer receives their first check and scope from the insurance company. Most times, this is when our project manager is getting back out to your home or business to pick out colors and get the contract signed. 4. Build Project All work is then scheduled you will be contacted regarding delivery and installation date. The project manager, or another staff member if project manager is unavailable, will be at the installation to oversee the work being completed on your home. 5. Depreciation/ RCV – Replacement Cost Value All work is completed and the customer is satisfied. At this point, we will be requesting your insurance company to release the depreciation check. Check will be sent to the homeowner for endorsement and at that point, the homeowner can either send into Advanced Built, LLC or the project manager will come to collect. It’s Just That Easy!!!!!
