I tear off old roofing materials and reinstall the new roofing materials to manufactures specs and above plus a thorough eavestrough and ground clean-up for a small cash fee paid as soon as job is done... Very simple and safe for both parties..You don't give me any money until job is completed and I don't have to ask for any until job is completed... I guarantee all my work for 10 years and will never do anything on any job that voids your material warranty like a lot off company's do.. I have been doing this for 20 years and my younger brother has been doing it 10 years.. And we know our stuff.. We are proficient with Shingle and Flat Roofing applications..
