We require them to pay you code and other supplement materials and flashings that should've been used to begin with and most roofers have never even heard of, and certainly wouldn't know where to begin In having your insurance provide it for you!? Your new roof, installed by roofclaimexpress..... will be lightyears ahead of the one we just removed. From the synthetic felt underlayment atop clean decking with any bad or rotted sheets cut out and replaced with new (like we'd put old on new, right?!) to the very top of the line in attic ventilation: ultra hi-flow ridge-vent (at peak) ventilation. We even cut out the peak of your roof so it functions as designed. All that, for free. It's not about bids, it's about the most bang for your buck.. there's a very small class of company's who do what we do, like we do and who do it well consistently. We use the same software to determine roof price so all the pros are close. The difference is that we don't need to retire from your job. We like our business model which is to do such high quality roofs with slightly less profit makes our clients happy, they tell their neighbors and we just answer the phone all day doing free inspections... that's all the marketing we do.
