I am an independent sole proprietorship with over 25 years' experience in the building trades, having started in the eighth grade of Junior High School, and proceeding well beyond into College, Trade School, and two Journeyman's four year training programs for framing and roofing. In addition I have a two year certification in Contract License Law. Concerning the work, I perform the construction personally with helpers, apprentices and/or fellow journeymen hand picked by myself. I believe in top quality, and a durable, long lasting finished product and that the customer is always to be pleased without excuse. I aim to please, and to save my clients the most money I can while affording them the same top quality product that they might find elsewhere at higher rates. I have roofed and/or framed Burger Kings, Denny's, National/Historical monuments, Missions, churches, Hospitals, Schools, Residences, Fire Departments, and so much more. I'm licensed in California as well as Texas, and have submitted to background checks with a clear criminal history check.
