Roofer Job in Tucson, Arizona

Need someone with experience working on most types of roofs, specifically Tile, Flat and Shingles. Part-Time to start (24-30hrs min) but will become full time soon. MUST HAVE: EXPERIENCE: 10yrs Min. Verifiable Roofing Experience (With References); TOOLS: Pickup truck or Van capable of carrying long extension ladders and materials, some roofing tools would be helpful; PERSONAL TRAITS: Good work ethic, communication skills, hygiene and especially Integrity! WE DO Primarily small roof repairs but occasionally will do complete shingle jobs, so shingle experience and tools would be a plus. Also helpful if you're familiar with SAP Roofing (Peel & Stick), flashing compounds (Mastics and Crack & Joint), 3-Coursing, Pressure washer, Roof Coatings, roof tile & 1x2 batt strip installation We also do some carpentry - Replace plywood sheathing and fascia boards - Usually very small jobs, so some carpentry tools and experience will also be considered. I don't expect you to know it all and am willing to teach the aspects you don't. But... I warranty all our repairs so even where you are experienced, I will train you to do things my way. Must be able to be trusted to work alone or with an occasional helper, logging your own hours and mileage, when working out of the area. Initially, I'll be paying cash, with no deductions.
