small 1 story home, 1000 sq. ft. approx. This property is owned by a very senior citizen who cannot afford to replace his roof, so we are reaching out to the community for donations, and seek a roofing contractor who can do this job for a reduced cost, or an "at cost" price. There are 2 or 3 layers of tarps on the roof, but the rain is coming through, and there is likely to be some necessary wood repair. Whoever does this job will get a lot of good attention from the neighbors as well as the Safety Harbor Government officials, city commission and Saving Safety Harbor on facebook.
