Roofer Job in Concord, California

I am looking for a professional roofer wit at least 5 years of experience in residential roofing. The rite candidate should have a valid drivers license, a truck capable of carrying a ladder, personal tools, a strong work ethic, and a good attitude. I need a self motivated individual that can lead a crew and do quality work without supervision. Our jobs are mostly tear-off and re-roofs. I have a lot of work and I need someone I can trust to be my lead man. I'll pay up to $30 dollars an hour to the rite individual. Piece work is also an option.
