Roofer Job in Rensselaer, New York

Our company is looking for a qualified roofing company to take on a large commercial roof. The current roof is an asphalt roof w/stone, as well as some expansions containing a modified torch-down roof. The building is 60,000 square feet. This project is NOT for a "backyard roofer" or residential shingle repair. We are interested in putting a rubber roof on the building, unless a modify torch down would be more appropriate for material cost and durability. Determine upon inspection. We will be selecting from multiple bids that must contain the entire cost including, labor and materials as well as a warranty. Thank you.
