Small wet spot on BR ceiling upstairs near chimney rises out of the house.

Flashing needs to be checked and fixed. Also in attic, two side vents need to have plastic stapled to inside so water does not get into house when rain is blown from the south. Has worked for over 5 years, now it started to come in again.
