Roofer Job in Fairfax, Virginia

Position: Roofing Sub-Contractors & Roofers/laborers

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems.
• Installation of low sloped roof systems including TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, and EPDM.
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.

Qualifications
• 5 years commercial experience in flat or steep roof systems
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing, kneeling
• Must be able to climb a ladder 40'
• Must be able to work in the heat
• Valid driver's license
• Must work well in a team environment
